St. Scholastica Retreat Center
1205 S. Albert Pike, Fort Smith will sponsor a weekend retreat, “Let Your Heart Speak—Stories from the Deep,” on June 23-25, 2017. Presenter Cindy Shaw, Director of Emmaus House Retreat Center in Des Moines, IA, is returning to her hometown for this retreat. Stories help participants to imagine, to be more self-aware when confronting familiar and unfamiliar situations. Drawing from the wisdom of St. Ignatius Loyola, who believed that we can find God in all things, this retreat offers participants the opportunity to “Let Our Heart Speak”, allowing God to draw them into the deep as they reflect on life stories that are instrumental in learning how they were brought into this space with God, one another and with themselves, then allowing them to embrace grace as they move into the future.
Resident Cost: $195.00. Commuter Cost: $150.00. A $50.00 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required at time of registration. Lunch is included.
