CHARLESTON SENIOR ACTIVITY CENTER TALK

July 23rd, The Mulberry Dirt Dobbers came to the Senior Tiger den (The Charleston Senior Center) to play some bean bag baseball. The Dirt Dobbers unloaded their stingers on the Senior Tigers during both games. The Dirt Dobbers won game one: 12 to 4. Game two: 14 to 4. Naomi Martine is the homerun champ of game 1 with one homerun. Alice Goff and Wayne Ayers are homerun champs of game two. Both had one HR a piece.


July 25th, The Alma Mighty Dogs traveled to The Charleston Senior Center for some BBB games. Game one, The Senior Tigers leashed the Mighty Dogs for an 15 to 0 win!!! Mary Bohannan and Judy Brown produced homeruns. Mary is the homerun champ of game one with 1 HR. Game two, The Mighty Dogs were on guard this time and was able to produce an 18 to 11 win. Betty Ayers, Mary Bohannan, Alice Goff, Peggy Metcalf, and secret weapon Charles Bohannan all made homeruns with Mary and Peggy as the homerun champs with two a piece.


Aug 2nd, Bingo 9:45 to 10:45


Aug 3rd , Bean bag baseball (BBB) at Van Buren. Leave center at 9:00.


Aug 6th, BBB v/s Ozark here at Charleston 10:00.


Aug 7th, Bingo 9:45 to 10:45


Aug 8th, Get your body a rockin with Drums Alive at 12:30!!!!
