Charleston 5k Results

The 4th annual Charleston 5k has come and gone. There were 102 people signed up Charleston once again joined forces for a great cause, the local food bank, operated by the Charleston Ministerial Alliance.

Medals were awarded 3 deep in each age categories, male and female.

Charleston 5k would like to thank everyone that helped to make this event possible. After race refreshments were provided by Logan’s Roadhouse in Ft. smith. Water station was manned by Lacey Neissl-Clark. At the intersections keeping the participant safe was Billy Atchley with the Charleston Police Department and many volunteers from area churches. Also George Talkington, Wendy Lovett, Brandy Lindsey, Julie Fleming, Rhonda Savoy, Misty Gage, Tonya Sneed, Betty Ewing and Andrea Dilday also get a big thanks for their help. This could not have been such a success without everyone of you.

To everyone else, looks like the 5th annual, Charleston5k will be held May 2, 2015. Save the date and get out your running shoes, you have a year to prepare.
