Franklin County Emergency Responders Training Schedule

This schedule is printed to help agencies and individual Responders in being aware of what training is available, how to qualify and register for it. Please check with your Chief or Training Officer before registering for any class. If you have questions about a class call the Point of Contact listed with the class.

CLASS: NFA Incident Safety Officer (16 hours)

WHEN: Sat. May 17 and Sun May 18 at 0800 hrs each morning

WHERE: Altus Fire Depart. Training Room, 125 West Main St. in Altus

PRERECS: None with state, check with your Chief or CTO

POC: Chief Randy Kinsworthy, 479-667-7565

CLASS: AFC 8-Hour Wildland Fire

WHEN: Tue May 20 and Thu May 22 each evening at 1800 hours

WHERE: First Baptist Church Fellowship Hall in Ozark

PRERECS: None. This class is a good class not only for Fire Fighters but all Responders (LEOs, Dispatchers, EMTs) who need a basic understanding of wildland fire behavior.
