The Franklin County Cooperative Extension Service is offering a SERVSAFE® Manager’s Course & Examination. SERVSAFE® has been the industry national standard for over 25 years, training more than one million managers and employees on how to receive, store, prepare, and serve food safely. The cost is $110.00 which includes the cost of the SERVSAFE® Manger’s book 7th edition, exam, answer sheet, and proctor fee. The cost for those retaking the exam is $30.00. The SERVSAFE® certification is valid for five years.


The course will be held on Thursday, May 3rd at the Franklin County Cooperative Extension Service at 300 Airport Road in Ozark. Registration will begin at 8:30 with the class beginning at 9:00 am. The review followed by the exam will be at 3:00 in the afternoon.
