I hope that everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. I am very thankful daily to have the opportunity to be around all the seniors that come to our center. Each one has a special place in my heart and makes my heart full. Nov 28th, Bean bag baseball v/s Alma at Charleston at 9:45
Nov 28th 12:30 to 2:00, Jasmine from the Area on Aging Agency will be here to present the DEEP. The DEEP program is a diabetes self-management program that has been shown to be successful in helping participants take control of their disease and reduce the risk of complications.
Dec 1st, Christmas Breakfast. 8:30 to 11:45. This will be our makeup day for being closed Christmas eve.
Dec 3rd, Bean bag baseball v/s Ozark at Charleston at 9:45. Dec 4th, Bingo 9:45 to 10:45

FLU SEASON…. Please remember to WASH, WASH, WASH your hands often. Remember that Seniors have a lower immune system than someone in their 20’s and it is much harder for them to recover. Please take extra precautions to protect your loved ones!!!
